Compose your future flock from 24+ breeds, mix life stages from chicks to roosters, and watch headcount, weight load, and rooster-to-hen ratios update in real time.
NestWise recalculates coop requirements — indoor square footage, run area, roost length, and nest-box counts — from your breed mix and density preferences. Seasonal egg forecasts, feed bag estimates, brooder heat checkpoints, and a care calendar keep your plan grounded in practical backyard math. Everything runs locally on your phone: no login, no cloud sync, no subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. NestWise is offline-first. Your flock plans, scenarios, and settings are stored on your device. An internet connection is not required for core features.
How do I turn care reminders on or off?
Open Settings from the home screen and toggle Weekly care notifications. Android may also ask for notification permission the first time reminders are scheduled.
Will my data sync to another phone?
Not automatically. NestWise does not provide cloud sync. If Android backup is enabled on your device, some app data may be included in your system backup according to Google’s backup rules.
How accurate are egg and coop numbers?
They are planning estimates derived from breed averages and standard backyard density guidelines. Use them as a starting point and adjust for your climate, housing, and management style.
How do I add the home-screen widget?
Long-press your home screen → Widgets → find NestWise snapshot → place it. The widget shows active flock size and this week’s egg forecast from your current plan.
How do I request data deletion?
Uninstalling the app removes locally stored NestWise data from your device. You can also clear app storage via Android Settings → Apps → NestWise Flock Planner → Storage. Email us if you need written confirmation for a support ticket.

This Privacy Policy describes how PIATAKOV_DEV (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use NestWise Flock Planner (“the App”) on Android devices.
1. Summary
NestWise is designed as an offline planning tool. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate advertising or analytics SDKs inside the App. Most information you enter stays on your device.

4. Permissions
The App may request the following Android permissions:
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — used only if you enable weekly care reminders in Settings. You can deny or revoke this permission in Android system settings at any time.
5. Local storage & backup
NestWise stores planning data locally using on-device database and preferences technologies. The App supports Android’s allow-backup setting, which means some app data may be included in encrypted device backups managed by Google or your device manufacturer, depending on your system settings. We do not receive those backups directly.
6. Data sharing
We do not share your on-device flock data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights. If you email support, your message is handled through your email provider’s infrastructure (for example, Gmail) under that provider’s own privacy terms.
7. Data retention & deletion
- On-device data: remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the App.
- Support correspondence: kept only as long as reasonably necessary to assist you, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience planning utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
The App is provided globally via Google Play. Data you enter remains on your device unless you choose to contact us by email. By using the App, you understand that support emails may be processed in jurisdictions where our email service operates.
10. Security
We rely on Android’s application sandbox to isolate App data from other apps. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we do not transmit your flock plans to our servers during normal App use.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes or when laws require it. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
